My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to create my own success. Before moving to the U.S., I ran a tour operator business in Ecuador. Here, I earned a degree in Computer Information Systems at Arizona State University while running my own coffee shop. That led to a 10-year career in software development.
As the market shifted, so did my vision. I recognized an opportunity and stepped into real estate investment, acquiring and restoring historic properties to their original charm. Managing these projects firsthand—from securing permits and hiring contractors to overseeing renovations and marketing the finished product—gave me invaluable experience in the industry.
