Chris Dunham, The Real Estate Guy™, is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Having lived in Arizona for the majority of his life, Chris brings a deep understanding of the local real estate market to his clients.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Chris spent nearly a decade running group homes for the Mentally Handicapped. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help others. He carries this same passion for service into his real estate career, where he puts his clients' needs first.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys training for and participating in local and national 10k's and Half Marathons. He also works out 8x a week at Orangetheory Fitness. He is also a board member for a Homeless Community Center and oversees meal service 3-5x a month.
In addition to his real estate work, Chris has also hosted a weekly radio show on iHeartRadio in the Phoenix market called "Real Talk USA with the Real Estate Guy™". He has also appeared regularly on the real estate lifestyle show "American Dream TV" and is the creator and co-host of "Good News Arizona".
Chris takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with his clients, who he considers to be part of his exclusive "Tribe". He strives to make each transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible, while always keeping his clients' best interests in mind.
